I just watched Tuck Everlasting, and coincidentally, there's the concept of life and death. Life symbolises change and vitality. With life comes death. One day, we shall die, and the wheel of life will turn on. There cannot be life without death, or living without dying. If everyone lived forever, what meaning does the concept of Life hold? (Of course, I'm excluding Eternal Life)

It's also coincidental that I experienced a rather symbolic death yesterday. It's nothing big in the grand scheme of things. But it was rather... a brutal realisation that dead things will remain dead, no matter how much I will them to come back to life. It's complex and irritating and complicated all rolled into one. That I should think like that after I've screwed things up. I don't mean I really want it all back, but at least, a part of it. The close friend cum confidant part.

After reading a message last night and it got me rather upset. Sorry if I didn't say why I was upset. I just couldn't ruin your mood. After that, I couldn't reply for half an hour. I spent that half an hour thinking and I tried singing Lilium. Somehow or rather, that started me off. I was blubbering after that. In my state of blubberiness, I wrote a poem. I think it was a rather bad poem, considering the bad state I was in. But at least it was a form of release. Better than cutting, right?

Yeah now argh I don't know what next. I guess I wish you knew and yet I wish you didn't. Maybe I'll ask you to read this. I don't know.

We used to be so close. Yeah duh considering us then... Now I don't know. I don't know if you still call because you're being nice and obliging. Or if it's on account of the memories. Or if you're just a nice soul. I feel like you're becoming more distant. You TOLD me you wanted that to happen, on my end at least. That you couldn't bear to ignore me.

Maybe... Maybe you've finally decided to do it anyway. You know too many things about me. Damn. It's really all my fault isn't it? My character being reliant and demanding and so many other things you hate.
