i'm in this age but i'm not of your time because i'm ageless

The term zips by... I need more time! I hate that I'm relegating reading to second priority. But I make excuses for myself and have terrible sleeping patterns. And I haven't even been practising piano at all. I'm not going to be able to hoodwink my teacher again this Saturday. How am I supposed to get Nocturne in E flat major down pat if I continue procrastinating like this?! I still have 2 other set pieces which have yet to be chosen. If I hope to actually finish diploma before I go to uni I'd better start practising regularly. Furthermore, I still haven't decided whether I should take the ABRSM exam or the Trinity College exam. Main difference is that ABRSM has a scales and arpeggios component. Yuck. Major yuck. But my teacher insists that I am capable, and thinks I could do well in scales. Ahaha I wish. There's a pianist living in my neighbourhood who occasionally practices her diploma scales. It sounds quite scary because scales is all about technical perfection. At least I can wing my way through slow pieces by pretending to do rubatos here and there when I'm actually trying to figure out the notes. Hehe.

Alright, time for some work. I don't hate work - I just really, really dislike it when I'm not in the mood. I hardly feel in the mood for work these days, anyway.
