long blog post about many random things

Haha I will repeat this to myself a hundred times. It's great to have Eddy ^^ Got the Pearl Rhythm Traveller (in white! :D) from Jimmy yesterday. It's great :D Too bad we had to leave the muffle heads on because it would be too noisy otherwise. But yes, the cymbals sound crappy when they're muffled. No choice though. Had some fun learning some rudiments and drumming through some songs like Creep and a bit of Supermassive Black Hole. Even though I'll only get to play it when I visit (and that's like not that often actually) it's still better than nothing! Now the only thing left is to get a good pair of sticks. Oh and a ride cymbal. Yay. Oh and we watched Cha2 Wu3 with Shao Jie. Nice philosophies espoused in the movie but one gripe I have about it is the fake blood. Lol it was seriously fake. Like bright red. Okay but the plot was brilliantly interwoven and the ending was gripping.

Muse on Wednesday with Stacy and Eddy!!! :D It's great going to watch a band you adore with two of your most favourite people ♥ Stace I haven't gone out with you in ages! Or more like never, haha. I remember we planned to go out in December but I was in Malaysia. That was so long ago heh. But no worries! Once I get that Holga 135 we shall go out and take pictures, you with your DSLR and me with my Holga :)

Man I can't believe I spent ONE WHOLE MONTH jobless and unshaven at home surfing the computer and boozing. Okay no. Minus the unshaven and boozing. But yes you get the picture. The only thing I've been doing loads would be going out, spending exorbitant amounts of money on my transport fare and even more money on present-sharing, food, Muse ticket and drums. Grr. I have to actually earn some money before my spending is justified. Why is no one calling me to request a tutor D: D: D: I am a fail tuition coordinator. Yesterday I went door-to-door to distribute self-designed flyers with DD then I realised it was in the south/central which means I distributed flyers for people to call Claire. We covered like 7 blocks haha. And not to sound selfish but lolwaaaat. Okay I'm going to distribute some to the households in my block/neighbouring blocks so I'll up the chances of me getting some calls too. PEOPLE READING MY BLOG PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE HALP. If you know anyone who needs tuition tell them to call me! 96531831 k thx. I'll gladly arrange a tutor for them. Haha. Gee actually I did get a potential student. JC 2 girl requesting a GP tutor for tuition every Sunday. She was a big fish mannn. Sadly, the crappy list of only 7 teachers I generated consisted of some who weren't THAT good at English, some who weren't free on Sunday, and one PhD, whose fees were probably quite high. I messaged the girl asking if she'd like to hire the PhD and she never replied D: She did tell me specifically to get her the cheapest possible tutor with qualifications and experience so..... Boo sucks. To me!

Oh and yes I've been spending some time laboriously scouring some blogshops for nice clothes. As bimbotic as that sounds, I do love pretty things. I bought two dresses. One awesome grecian toga thing in champagne and one maroon and black bodycon dress. They are both very nice. The second dress is coming within 2-5 days! And the first will only arrive mid-march LOLZOMG A level results. For the time being, I shall forget that A level results are the bane of my existence and just enjoy the fleeting time I have left before that frightening day. That's approximately 1 month and few days. Wow.

Okay I think the MBTI stereotype for ENFP is very true (from Stacy's blog). "God, help me keep my mind on one th.. LOOK, A BIRD!...ing at a time" LOL SOUNDS LIKE ME EH. Wlao even the MBTI stereotype for me sounds so bimbotic :(

Oh lol I just remembered the HPPS reunion we had on Saturday! It was really refreshing to catch up on old times with friends whom I don't regularly meet. Haha. Zoe and I both commiserated about our jobless state. I think I'll seriously consider Novus or THAT cd shop. Maybe I'll ask Claire or someone if they're interested. The guys all grew taller. Way taller. I think Basil was the tallest, standing at 1.8m. All of us slacked around in Yue Chin's living room and laughed at her horny dog who kept humping Victor's leg. I was astounded at how some people changed, yet amused at how some didn't change even after... 123563467458 years. Haha. I guess things will change yet another 10 years down the road. Reunions are fun only when you look better than the previous time people saw you. Haha.

Hm it's 12.27pm. I think I should eat something.

I can't get over how I sound so distracted all the time... Gee. I need a job. Very soon.
